Residential Conveyancer

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing team based in Annitsford, Cramlington.

You will be responsible for managing a variety of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy, freehold purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and new build developments.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

– Running your own caseload of property transactions dealing with all stages of the conveyancing process from quote to post completion.

– Dealing with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisers and other solicitors.

– Providing administrative support as required.

– To ensure CQS compliance on your files.

The ideal candidate will have:

– At least two years of experience of handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.

– Strong knowledge of the conveyancing processes.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– A proactive approach with an ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines.

– The ability to work using their own initiative and make decisions along with the ability to work in a team environment.
